Return and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within [1–2 hours] of purchase if they have not been processed or shipped. To cancel, contact our customer service team immediately.

2. Eligibility for Returns

You may return your item(s) within [3] days from the date of delivery.To be eligible for a return:

•The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.

•It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, or seals intact.

•Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within [24 hours] of receiving your order.

4. Initiation

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting materials including an unboxing video and a clear image of the product along with the bill.

5. Unboxing Video and Product Image

•Unboxing Video

Record a clear video while unboxing the product. The video should capture the condition of the package. the unsealing process, damaged part of product. and the product in its original state.Video must be a single shoot and original footage. No editing 

•Product Image with Bill

Take a clear image of the product along with the bill or invoice. Ensure the product and bill details are clearly visible.

6. Approval

Once your return request and supporting materials are received and reviewed, we will notify you of the status of your replacement or refund. If your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

7. Return Shipping

•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable
•If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
•We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
•We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (size, color, etc.),

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, If your return is approved, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the bank account or UPI ID you provide within 7-10 business days.

10. Exclusions

Certain items, such as perishable goods, Custom or personalized products, Personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, trimmer), Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, cosmetics), and Clearance or final sale items, are not eligible for return or refund.
